Quotations

All prices are quoted per enquiry and depend on travel date, route, duration, vehicle category, group size, season and inclusions. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and may change thereafter as availability changes.

Unless a quotation explicitly says otherwise, monument entry fees, meals, accommodation, guide charges and personal expenses are not included in transportation rates.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing (WhatsApp or email) and any advance payment we have requested is received.

Itinerary changes after confirmation are accommodated wherever practical; changes that alter distance, duration or vehicle requirements may alter the price.

Vehicles and drivers

All vehicles are chauffeur-driven; we do not offer self-drive rentals. Vehicle models are confirmed subject to availability, and an equivalent or better vehicle in the same category may be provided.

Driver allowances, tolls, parking and state permits are handled as described in your individual quotation.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for valid identification, visas, and compliance with monument, wildlife and local regulations during the trip.

Liability

We plan and operate journeys with professional care, but we are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases we will always propose the best available alternative.
