How cancellations and date changes are handled for tours and transportation booked with Imperial Jaipur Tour & Travel.
Cancelling a booking
You may cancel a confirmed booking by informing us on WhatsApp, phone or email. Cancellation charges, where applicable, depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made and on any non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf (for example safari permits or hotel advances).
The exact cancellation terms that apply to your booking are stated in your quotation and confirmation message, so you always know them before you pay.
Date changes
Where possible we treat a date change as a modification rather than a cancellation, subject to vehicle and driver availability on the new dates.
Cancellations by us
If we ever have to cancel a confirmed service, any advance paid for that service is refunded in full, and we will help you find an alternative arrangement.
