Planning a Rajasthan trip
- How many days are enough for Rajasthan?
- Five days is the practical minimum for a multi-city trip. Seven to ten days covers Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and often Jaisalmer comfortably. With two or three days, stay in Jaipur and add one nearby destination.
- What is the best Rajasthan tour package?
- The seven-day Jaipur–Jodhpur–Udaipur route is the most popular balance of variety and driving time. Which is best for you depends on your days, pace and whether you want desert, wildlife or lakes.
- When is the best time to visit Rajasthan?
- October to March. December and January are coolest and busiest; February and March are excellent. April to June is very hot; July to September brings occasional rain and green landscapes.
- Can I customise my Rajasthan tour?
- Yes. Every itinerary we operate is private and adjusted to your dates, interests and pace. The itineraries on this site are starting points, not fixed departures.
Vehicles and transportation
- Can I hire a car with driver in Jaipur?
- Yes — every vehicle we provide comes with an experienced driver. We do not offer self-drive rental.
- Which car is best for a Rajasthan family trip?
- A Toyota Innova or Innova Hycross for a family of four with luggage. A sedan suits two travellers; six or more are better in a tempo traveller.
- Which is better for Rajasthan, Innova or Tempo Traveller?
- Up to four or five passengers with luggage, the Innova is more comfortable and economical. From six passengers upward, the tempo traveller wins on legroom and luggage.
- Can I book a Tempo Traveller in Jaipur?
- Yes, in standard and luxury configurations, for local use as well as multi-day Rajasthan and North India tours.
- Do you provide luxury cars in Jaipur?
- Yes — Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class and GLS, Toyota Vellfire, Kia Carnival and Land Rover Defender, subject to date and availability.
- Can you arrange transportation across Rajasthan?
- Yes, throughout Rajasthan and on routes to Delhi NCR, Agra and wider North India.
Transfers, weddings and corporate
- Can you arrange airport pickup in Jaipur?
- Yes. We handle Jaipur airport and railway station pickups and drops at any hour, and we track reasonable flight delays so your driver is there when you land.
- Do you provide transportation for weddings?
- Yes — guest movement between hotels and venues, and premium vehicles for the couple and family. Share your event schedule and guest numbers and we will plan vehicle allocation.
- Do you handle corporate transportation?
- Yes, for conferences, site visits, delegations and executive travel in Jaipur and across Rajasthan.
Booking and pricing
- How is pricing decided?
- By travel date, route, duration, vehicle category, group size, season and inclusions. We quote per enquiry rather than publishing fixed starting prices that would not apply to your trip.
- How do I book?
- Send an enquiry with your dates, group size and route ideas. We reply with a suggested itinerary and a written quotation, and confirm once you are happy with the plan.
- What is included in a transportation quotation?
- Typically the vehicle, driver, fuel and the agreed itinerary. Tolls, parking and state permits are either included or itemised, and we state which before you book.
- Can I change my plan after booking?
- Small changes are usually accommodated. Changes that alter distance, duration or vehicle requirements are re-quoted transparently.
