How refunds are processed when a booking with Imperial Jaipur Tour & Travel is cancelled or modified.
When refunds apply
Refunds follow the cancellation terms shared in your quotation and booking confirmation. Any advance payment, minus applicable cancellation charges and non-recoverable third-party costs, is refundable.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the same channel used for payment wherever possible — bank transfer or UPI for most guests.
We aim to process refunds promptly once a cancellation is confirmed; bank processing times are outside our control.
