Bikaner packages are usually a one-night stop between Jaipur and Jaisalmer, covering Junagarh Fort, the old city havelis and the camel research centre.
Bikaner is at its most useful as the northern route to Jaisalmer, avoiding the busier Jodhpur corridor. One night covers the fort, the Rampuria havelis and either the camel centre or the Karni Mata temple at Deshnok.
Combined with Mandawa, it makes a two-night Shekhawati and desert leg that most itineraries skip entirely.
