1. Services

Imperial Jaipur provides:

  • Car rental services (with driver)
  • Hotel transfers
  • Tour packages (Jaipur, Rajasthan, India & International)
  • Wedding and event transportation

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or authorized representatives
  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment
  • You must provide accurate details (date, time, pickup location, etc.)
  • Any incorrect information may lead to service delays or cancellation

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing may vary depending on season, availability, and requirements
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm booking

We accept payments via:

  • Online payment gateways
  • Bank transfer / UPI

Note: Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be added to the final amount.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance
  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation

Standard Cancellation Charges:

  • 48+ hours before service: Minimal or no charges
  • 24–48 hours: Partial charges applicable
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Usage Policy

  • Vehicles are provided strictly with driver (self-drive not available)
  • Misuse of vehicle or illegal activities are strictly prohibited
  • Customers must maintain proper behavior with drivers and staff

We reserve the right to terminate service without refund in case of misconduct.

6. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Traffic
    • Weather conditions
    • Road closures
    • Government restrictions
  • While we strive for punctual service, delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances

7. Third-Party Services

We may arrange services through third parties such as:

  • Hotels
  • Tour operators
  • Drivers

We are not liable for any service failure caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Imperial Jaipur shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of belongings during travel
  • Personal injury due to unforeseen circumstances

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Branding

is the property of Imperial Jaipur and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
