Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions govern all bookings made with Imperial Jaipur (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate details:
    • Date & time
    • Pickup & drop location
    • Number of passengers
    • Travel itinerary
  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment

2. Vehicle Allocation

  • Vehicles are allocated based on availability and booking category
  • In case of unavailability, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided
  • All vehicles are provided with a professional driver

3. Duty Hours & Usage

  • Local bookings are based on fixed hours and kilometers (e.g., 8 hrs / 80 km, 12 hrs / 120 km)
  • Outstation bookings are calculated per day based on kilometers

Extra Charges:

  • Extra hours will be charged per hour
  • Extra kilometers will be charged per km
  • Night charges (if applicable)

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

  • Vehicle with driver
  • Fuel charges (as per package)

Exclusions:

  • Toll tax
  • Parking charges
  • State tax (if applicable)
  • Driver allowance (for outstation/night stay)

(All exclusions must be paid by the customer)


5. Driver & Customer Responsibility

  • Drivers are assigned for safe and professional service
  • Customers are expected to:
    • Treat drivers respectfully
    • Follow local laws and regulations
  • Any illegal activity or misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund

6. Delays & Reporting Time

  • Customers must be available at the scheduled pickup time
  • Delay beyond reasonable time may affect service duration
  • Waiting charges may apply in case of extended delays

7. Changes in Booking

  • Any changes in booking must be informed in advance
  • Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

8. Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage is allowed based on vehicle capacity
  • Extra luggage may require a larger vehicle (additional charges applicable)

9. Outstation Travel Conditions

  • Minimum daily kilometers may apply
  • Driver night allowance will be applicable
  • Travel outside permitted routes must be informed in advance

10. Breakdown & Emergency

  • In case of vehicle breakdown:
    • Alternative vehicle will be arranged (subject to availability)
    • Or appropriate compensation/refund will be provided

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in services due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or road closures

12. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment is required for booking confirmation
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before or during the service
  • Non-payment may result in cancellation of service

13. Disputes

  • Any disputes must be reported within 24–48 hours of service completion
  • All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction

14. Acceptance of Booking Conditions

By confirming a booking with Imperial Jaipur, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Conditions.
