By booking our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance or full payment
- Customers are required to provide accurate booking details (date, time, location, itinerary)
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made via phone, email, or official communication channels.
Cancellation Charges:
- More than 48 hours before service:
Eligible for full refund (excluding transaction charges) - 24 to 48 hours before service:
25% cancellation charges applicable - Less than 24 hours before service:
100% cancellation charges (No refund) - No-show (customer does not appear):
No refund will be provided
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and taxes are non-refundable
4. Early Completion / Unused Services
- No refunds will be provided for unused hours, kilometers, or services
- Once the trip/service has started, it is considered fully utilized
5. Company Cancellation
In rare cases where Imperial Jaipur cancels a booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver unavailability
- Operational issues
We will:
- Provide an alternative (if available), OR
- Offer a full refund
6. External Factors
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic delays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures or strikes
7. Refund Disputes
- Any refund-related dispute must be raised within 48 hours of service completion
- We reserve the right to review and make the final decision
8. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
- All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
- In case of failed transactions where money is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within their standard timeline
